Terms & Conditions

All room rates and fees are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT.

Rates, inclusions, and room occupancies are as stated in your confirmation and may be subject to change at any time without notice.

A 50% deposit is required within 21 days of making a booking, and the balance is payable at least 14 days prior to arrival.

An amount of R500.00 will be charged on any reversal of funds.

• 59 - 30 days prior to arrival date – 10% of the deposit becomes non-refundable;
• 29 - 15 days prior to arrival date – 50% of the deposit becomes non-refundable;
• 14 - 0 days prior to arrival date – 100% of the deposit becomes non-refundable.

No children allowed under 12 years of age.
Children above 12 will pay full rate (discuss with management).
